Service and guarantee

Service :

1- VICENTERRA SA strives to imagine and create high-quality watches.

2- In case you notice that your watch does not work correctly, please contact us by e-mail at, we will tell you quickly about the proceedings to follow before returning us your watch. Never return your watch without prior consent of VICENTERRA SA.

3- In case of loss of the certificate of guarantee, VICENTERRA SA may accept the following documents: original invoice or original delivery note, or confirmation of bank transfer (proof of purchase).

4- Only the clock and watchmakers from VICENTERRA SA are qualified to diagnose the origin of the dysfunction and inform you of the starting of the guarantee, within 15 days after receipt of your watch.

5- For all the damages covered by the guarantee, we repay your carriage costs (registered parcel, insured for the full purchase price) if you produced a receipt and we send your watch back to you at our own expense.

6- For all damages not covered by the guarantee, an estimate will be given before any repair. However, after 24 months after the date of delivery, you will be invoiced the cost of the manpower related to any repair or replacement, whether the replacement of the pieces is covered or not. A registered and insured parcel is strongly recommended.

7- In case of a return of merchandise, you have to send back your watch in its first package, with the document “return of guarantee” that you can download on the site, part general terms of sales.

The customer must keep every proof of the return of the product into the premises of VICENTERRA SA. VICENTERRA SA declines responsibility in case of loss.

Advice for maintenance:

We recommend you to have the clockwork of your watch controlled and serviced every five years by VICENTERRA SA.


Your VICENTERRA SA watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects from date of purchase for a period of twenty-four (24) months under the following terms :

The guarantee certificate must be duly filled out, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized VICENTERRA SA dealer.

Under guarantee, your watch will be repaired free of charge by presenting the certificate of guarantee compliance with the announced terms.

Any part that has a manufactured defect confirmed by our technical services will be repaired or replaced free of charge by VICENTERRA SA.

The guarantee period is 24 month from the date of purchase. Once the guarantee has expired, any intervention will be charged to the customer.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • The glass, battery and strap.

  • Every damages caused by inappropriate use.

  • Every damages caused by neglect or accident.

  • Theft and loss.

  • If modifications, repairs or work carried out by an unauthorized VICENTERRA SA watch repair service we do not accept any responsibility in regard to repairs under guarantee.

  • Photocopied, tampered with or altered certificate will not be honored.

Note for leather straps: watches with leather strap should not be worn while bathing or showering.

This warranty not affects your legal rights.
